Good experience on the special day at Itria. We went here on my boyfriend’s birthday and the experience was great. The food option is not variety and the portion is quite small compare with the price. However, the tastes make it up for it! For the pasta, we also mentioned to the chef at the sausage Ragu because it was too salty but still ok. However, the texture of the pasta was perfect so we still happy about it. Branzino is juicy and delicious. Services is absolutely good but I just felt weird that they don't offer any cake or anything special on your birthday. You have to order dessert with them then they can put a small candle on the plate for us. Overall, still like the vibe and overall experiences here!

It’s quite modernized Italian restaurant. Not only the decorations but also dishes. We tried scallops and tuna as appetizers. Both are very fresh and good. Scallop has a tiny pepper and a green leaf on the top. Those help remove the fish smell. Tuna was super good! It goes well with the egg yolks so well. Pork belly was very crispy but very soft inside. Interesting with their sauce. For my baby we had a butter pasta. Simple ingredients so how they cook the noodles are important. My little person quite enjoyed it. I got fungi pasta and my hubby got some green pistachio topping pasta. Fungi’s mushroom was chewy. A little bit of spicy and creamy sauce are perfect with the texture of fettuccine , mushrooms. Green pasta was a quite plain taste. It’s like pierogi style. It stuffed with white ingredients it’s quite plain taste I don’t remember what they are. But pistachios give you some crunchy. all staff were nice and friendly. We brought our champagne and got Corkage service. My glasses are always with drinks :) Service was excellent.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Itria. We think it is the best pasta we have had in SF (better than Cotogna, can’t speak on F&W since we have not been yet). Prior to our meal, we saw a few reviews on here saying the service wasn’t good or the music was too loud, but we disagree. The service was excellent and the music was at a normal and pleasant volume. The crudo sampler was delicious, as were each of the three pastas we had: one pesto, the sausage ragu, and the sea urchin spaghetti. The sake tasting was truly fantastic and pairs very nicely with Italian food. Great date night ambiance and knowledgeable service. Would definitely return.

top tier pasta in the city. unassuming entrance in a sketchy area but beautifully decorated interior. rotating seasonal menu with amazing pastas but the crudo was a little overrated. overall, might be my favorite italian spot in sf! selection of three crudo (S): good size to share with one person. all of them were good but expected more complex flavors. amberjack was best one. lettuce, crispy garlic salad: high quality ingredients and refreshing! really enjoyed this starter but would skip if price was a concern carmelle pasta: cooked so well and the flavors were perfectly balanced. the sharpness of the celery root cut through the otherwise creaminess of the dish paccheri, pumpkin butter: must try! a heavier dish but loved the unique pumpkin butter filling agnolotti, corn, hen of the woods: so good we had to get two! perfectly fresh, creamy and balanced flavors. must try. paccheri, smoked eggplant: pasta was well cooked and like the shape but the sauce was solid but forgettable. wouldn’t try again.

Exquisite meal in a beautiful restaurant. Super flavorful and fresh ingredients makes Itria’s dishes memorable and a pleasure to enjoy with friends. Their crudo was delicious, unique, and experiential. 10/10 would come again! We ordered the tasting menu and could not have been happier with the results. Absolutely left satisfied and full! (They have uni!)

Top notch food and service. Sizable portions and delicious pasta. Especially the one with mushrooms. Slightly disappointing wine list especially by the glass.

Came here with a reservation for 3 on a Wednesday night at 6:45pm. Parking may be a little hard so be sure to leave a little earlier for parking time. Upon entering the host was able to check for my reservation and seated us by the door. Our male server is probably the reason why I didn’t give a full 5 stars. I felt like the customer service was subpar and kept feeling rushed to eat and leave. I asked for a tissue/napkin and he responded with, “We have those in the bathroom, feel free to grab yourself.” I’ve never gotten such a rude response :( there were also lots of flies around the entrance which made it a bit of annoyance during the meal, too. But we didn’t let that ruin the evening and continued with our orders. We started with the 3 chefs choice crudo, which were solid. My husband told me the tartare with corn on top was the best of the three. We ordered one starter, the crispy pig ear and it was very tasty with black garlic and melon. My favorite part were the pastas! We had 4 different ones: Malloreddus, Orecchiette, Spaghetti, and Paccheri Alla Norma. They were all different flavors and soooo tasty each. My top favorite Malloreddus with bread crumb textures on top and the Orecchiette with kick of spice and perfectly flavored pesto sauce. Honestly, all four were great and I’d order all of them again. We ended with the panna cotta with blueberry — not too sweet, bit of tart, and a balanced flavor and texture with the amaretti struesel. We were chatting up a bit since we haven’t seen each other in awhile, but felt like the waitress and waiters kept coming to check if we were done and would take plates away immediately. We felt uncomfortable enough to leave and cut the conversation short. Overall, meal was pleasant, but service can improve. Props to the hostess for serving us water and refilling it attentively though :)

Would highly recommend the chefs choice you get so much food for the price of 90$ a person. You will be full! Everything was very good and we liked all the pastas. The panna cotta was delicious! I inhaled it even when I was very full from the meal.
